Built on the Water
Docks, Bulkheads & Dune Walkovers
Dock decking and framing, bulkhead concrete, beach walkovers and gazebos, built for the tide line.
Overview
Docks & Bulkheads, done right the first time.
Waterfront work is where a lot of contractors stop. It’s where we like to start. On the canals and the oceanfront, we re-deck and re-frame docks, pour bulkhead caps and walkways, and build the long dune walkovers and gazebos that put you on the sand.
We build it with composite decking and hardware that stand up to salt, sun and storm season.

Common questions
Do waterfront projects need special permits?
Often, yes. Depending on location, docks, bulkheads and walkovers may need town, county or CAMA approval. We’ll tell you what applies to your property at the consultation.
Can you repair just the decking on my dock?
Yes. If the pilings and framing are sound we can re-deck and replace failing framing members without rebuilding the whole dock.
Reviews
Neighbors who hired us.
We had the decks on the back of our house replaced. The crew was really good, overcoming some unforeseen issues and really did a nice job. I was impressed with the communication from Caleb, keeping us up to date on all the pre-job stuff (drawings, permits, etc.) and during the job too. His design ideas were helpful and everything was executed beautifully. They left the jobsite cleaner than they found it!
“Harden Construction Group did ours! Reliable, reasonable, responsive and very professional. Ask for Caleb.”
“Harden Construction Group – highly recommended (they have done several jobs for us).”
