Most of the beach houses we work on live on their decks. We tear out tired, splintering wood and rebuild with composite decking and aluminum or vinyl rail. You get more usable outdoor space, longer life than traditional wood, and no painter on the calendar every spring.
We draw it, pull the permits, frame it to code and finish it clean. From a quick 8×16 back-deck rebuild in Bolivia to multi-level raised decks with privacy and louver walls in Holden Beach.

Common questions
Composite or wood?
For most coastal homes we recommend composite decking with aluminum rail. It costs more up front than pressure-treated wood, but it won’t splinter or rot, and it never needs paint or stain. We’ll walk you through both options on site.
Can you re-deck over my existing framing?
Sometimes. We inspect the framing, joists and posts first. If it’s sound, re-decking saves money; if it isn’t, we’ll show you why before recommending a rebuild.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle the drawings and permits and keep you updated through every inspection.
